Executives On Campus

Real Business Leaders. Real Student Impact.

For years, Executives on Campus (EOC) has been a signature program of the Gupta College of Business, bringing professionals into our classrooms to share their stories, insights, and lessons learned.

Now, we鈥檝e restructured the program with a renewed focus on building lasting relationships with professionals and organizations who share our mission: preparing students to lead with competence, character, and conscience.

Why It Matters

Your presence in the classroom creates:

  • A real-world context for academic concepts
  • Exposure to diverse career paths and leadership stories
  • Opportunities for connection and mentorship

Our History and Future

Beyond the Numbers: The Real Impact

Since its inception, Executives on Campus has welcomed more than 500 business leaders into the classroom. These executives start conversations that bridge industry and education in meaningful ways.

What began as guest lectures has grown into a vibrant network where:

  • Executives and entrepreneurs form lasting connections with students and faculty
  • Alumni return to give back and stay engaged with the College
  • Organizations tap into student talent and fresh perspectives
  • These relationships extend beyond the lecture, leading to mentorships, internships, and continued collaboration that shape careers and communities alike.

And we鈥檙e just getting started.

Looking Ahead

We鈥檙e committed to expanding the reach of EOC, welcoming more voices, more industries, and more opportunities for students to learn from real leaders.

Entrepreneurs bring a vital lens to the program. As executives of their own enterprises, they offer insights into innovation, resilience, and decision-making that deeply resonate with students.
